Retention of quality personnel in the health care industry affects much more than just a facility's bottom line. Quality of care is a buzzphrase you hear over and over these days, and is something that can be directly attributed to employee satisfaction - and it is also one of the primary criterion affecting retention. One of the single greatest opportunities that a facility has to impact their employee's job satisfaction is through the schedule. Schedulist integrates tools that not only improve the communications pipeline between employee and employer, but also make it easier to monitor the underlying morale of a workforce and respond quickly to issues that may arise - before it is too late to do anything about them.

The graded approach to full schedule automation coupled with the ability to selectively enable or disable components at will allows for a rapid system adoption with a shallow learning curve. This means that the training and implementation phases are much shorter than existing offerings. It also makes tailoring Schedulist to a facility's unique needs and demands a quick and painless process.
